OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Oconee County Sheriff’s Business arrested and charged a guy soon after deputies discovered a stolen horse within a bed room Monday.
Garry Chase Coble Jr. was charged with larceny of livestock.
In accordance to the sheriff’s office, a woman saw Coble using a horse down the highway at 2:33 p.m. and took it within a house in the 100 block of Region Lane.
As soon as deputies arrived on scene, they produced get in touch with with Coble’s father who said Coble was not intended to be there.
The moment the father arrived, Coble opened the front doorway and deputies observed horse feces in the dwelling room.
The father demanded Coble come out of the bed room and as deputies tried to just take him into custody, he went back again into the bedroom.
According to the sheriff’s workplace, that is when deputies saw a entire sizing quarter horse standing in the center of the bedroom.
Deputies claimed the horse appeared to be quiet as they adopted Coble into the lavatory and put him into custody.
The horse’s owner arrived on scene and observed a smaller purple laceration on the front remaining leg of the horse that they stated was not on the horse very last time they noticed it.
Coble is experiencing charges of theft, petit larceny and malicious personal injury to animals or own residence in unrelated situations.
Coble stays in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
